follow up servicing for all programs from
cradle to grave.
During the design and advanced
quality-planning phase, our engineering
group will proactively assist in alloy and
process selection, along with optimize casting
and machining issues. Our assistance is based
on sound engineering principles, years of experience, as well as keeping
performance criteria and budgetary
requirements in mind.
As the program begins the tooling and launch
phase, all design, quality and manufacturing
development that has evolved is incorporated
to successfully ramp projects into
production. Today's rigorous production requirements are satisfied through good foundry metal controls, solidification techniques, innovative trimming, and machining approaches.
Through the project launch and until the end
of a program's life, ACE/CO proactively
services all customers with regular follow-up
visits to assist in any needs that may develop.
